Penetrating JFC

In the textile industry, it is mainly used as penetrating agent, either in process such as starching, destarching, breaching, and chloriding, etc., or penetrating agent for coloring and collation bath as well as those for pesticides and leather coating layer, etc..

Application:
1. Penetrating: In each process such as spinning, weaving, dyeing, and sorting, in case that the anion penetrating agent is not applicable, please use the aid with consumption of approx. 1~5g/l.
2. Destarching: in destarching of organic enzyme, it would faciliate the overall process, and common consumption account for approx. 0.1% of the liquid.
3. Refinement of chemical fibre: In refining acetate fibre and other bicomponent fibre, the refining effect can be dramatically improved by adding penetrating JFC2~5g/l,sodium chloride 5g/l in refined liquid.
4. Wool cleaning: the penetrating JFC is capable of cleaning wool without leaving any stain, on the wool, and with relative soft hand-touch, which allows them to be designable in neutral, alkali and acid condition. It can either be applied in accompany with soap or else used solely and the appropriate tem. is around 40~50 ℃.
5. Wool carbonization: Only 0.5~1g/l of such product can drascally reduce the carbonization duration, and acidity, while increass the carbonization efficiency.
